The season starts at the end of Monica and Chandler’s wedding. Most of the characters believe that Monica is pregnant, but her denial makes them believe Phoebe is pregnant instead, when in fact Rachel is. The season ends with Rachel giving birth to her baby (with Ross) and Joey accidentally proposes to Rachel.
